Meet The Team

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boise State University and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from California State University, Long Beach. She has been part of Dr. Tandon's team since 2023. She is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care and helping children grow and thrive. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys cooking and watching K-dramas.

Kristine’s journey in healthcare began at UC Irvine, where she earned her degree in Public Health and discovered her lifelong passion for helping others. To deepen her clinical impact, she completed her entry-level Master’s in Nursing at the University of San Francisco (USF). She then spent years caring for children at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), serving as both a CNA and a nurse on the medical floor and in the NICU.Inspired to do even more for her patients, Kristine advanced her education by earning a second Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Cal State Long Beach. Since 2023, Kristine has been a cherished part of the Dr2Kids team. She loves working with children because of their endless energy, humor, and resilience. Kristine deeply shares Dr. Tandon’s vision of going above and beyond to provide compassionate, family-centered care.

Meet Sandy! She has been working side-by-side with Dr. Tandon since the practice opened in 2000, after graduating from trade school. Her favorite part of the job is our supportive team environment. She loves how everyone comes together, helps each other, and works as a true unit to make sure our patients and their families receive the best possible care.

Karina is a Certified Medical Assistant who has been working with Dr. Tandon since 2023. She has a message for families looking for care for their child: "My absolute favorite part of the job is handling prior authorizations. It may sound like paperwork, but it is where I can be your child's advocate behind the scenes, ensuring they get connected to the care they need. I love seeing patients grow up happy and healthy.

Meet Ruby, she has a message for you: "Hi! I’ve had the joy of working alongside Dr. Tandon since 2022. I’ve loved every single moment at the office, especially the warm, family atmosphere that makes everyone feel right at home.

Meet the newest member of our team! She holds an Associate of Science in Medical Assisting and has been working alongside Dr. Tandon since the start of 2026. Her favorite part about working in pediatrics is watching our young patients grow and hit new milestones with every single visit.Outside the office, she loves taking quick weekend getaways and making spontaneous plans. Fun fact: She’s always known deep down that her true calling was working with children with special needs!
