Great staff

She was able to answer all my questions and concerns about my two young daughters and was very kind. We recently had to change Pediatricians due to my insurance changing and I’m glad we found a good doctor for my girls.

I felt well Informed after the visit.

Everyone in the office was nice. Doctor Tandon recommended 3 shots (vaccine) and I took her advice. The lady who gave the shots to Ayden was quick and professional.

Dr. Tandon is the ultimate best. She was son’s pediatrician from Day 1. She is so very knowledgeable and was just amazing with him. Our son had frequent visits due to ear infections and she took such good care of him and mind you, he needed tubes but she always did everything to make him comfortable. Any time we had a visit for check ups, vaccines, colds, you name it, she always gave the upmost care. I never had to worry, and always made our son smile. I highly recommend Dr. Tandon and to know we had the pleasure of having her as our sons pediatrician, and to whom is in her care now, it truly makes my heart happy because you will not find anyone better, loving, caring and nurturing than Dr. Smita Tandon. Hope to one day pop in her office and see her if we are back visiting California soon. Truly the ultimate Best! I can seriously write a book here, I will forever be grateful for the amazing care she gave our son. I can’t say it enough. Xoxo

I love Dr. Tandon's office except for the awful questionaire they give us every visit. One time, the questions were so graphic that I had to take the ipad from my son beause the questions were not age appropriate. The staff is always very friendly!

Dr.Tandon and the nurse practitioners are awesome! The front desk is nothing short of rude. I have only had 2 experiences at this office and both were terrible simply because of the front desk. 1st: I forgot my phone in my car and I knocked for about 10 min, no one answered the door. An intern happen to be walking in when I decided to go down to my car and he let me in. The front desk said there is a sign asking to call so they can open the door. I explained I forgot my phone and they said i should have gone back down. They don't' answer knocks on doors. Mind you, my son was ill so the experience felt even more frustrating as they clearly heard my knocks. 2nd: I forgot my mask and the office wanted to charge me $1 per mask. I asked if they could waive the fee since I do not carry cash, they said no they need to r/s. The refuse to bill me or take a card payment. After asking 2 other offices for a mask, I came back in and said I got one. I told the front desk another office was kind enough to give me a mask. She said, that's good for them, now you know where to go in the future if you need a mask, laughed and walked away. I was so appalled. I am not here for fun, this is a pediatric office per my insurance. I may change office simply because of the front desk staff, though I do debate it because the doctors are above and beyond. I hope the doctor takes these complaints seriously and asks their front desk act in a professional manner.

Dr. Tandon has been my girls pediatrician since birth and it has been a wonderful experience over these past 10 years and we will continue to go to her until my kids are to old to see her

We was scheduled for flu shots. Ended up we wait 30min then come in for another 30min for everything done even though We didn’t see any patients waiting in other room.

My first born, wasn’t doing very well, as I new father my lack of experience was inevitable. She got on top of his health and did the timely needed changes to ensure he will survive. He did he is Now, an All Star strong, athletic and healthy student. She is a Professional Doctor and a Friend of the Family. May the Lord keep her, protect her, and in the time of need she will be there for you. Feel free to refer her to all your friends and Family they will be always grateful to you.

Dr. Tandon has been my Grandson’s Dr. for nearly all of his life. I highly recommend this Physician because she is extremely educated, compassionate, shows empathy with ‘her kids’, Dr. Tandon & her Staff have always been there for us, especially in a time of need. Without Dr. Tandon, and her specialties, my guy would have never gotten needed services, I did not know what Autism was until Dr.Tandon. Dr. Tandon takes great care at each visit, and is very thorough , we have allowed appreciated her candidness , advice, and compassion with our Leeland. He has grown today into a healthy , happy young man today . Thank you Dr. Tandon, and Thank You to your awesome staff, for protecting our precious family member(s). Your students are lucky to have you as their teacher, you have a lot to pass on to them.
